What we are looking for
Basically just all different pictures of what herpes symptoms actually look like. Most photographs on the internet are not typical of an outbreak and normally represent the "worst case scenario".
We are working on a gallery of real photographs to help bring awareness to the fact that many outbreaks are not at all like the medical text book classification, i.e. herpes can often look like a bump, pimple, cut, paper tear, a small blister or even just redness. It is different for everyone and we want to offer a picture resource which reflects this.

I didn't notice cuts on myself but two people in a thread I had posted to earlier mentioned that they had cuts,

When you post the pictures can you tell us what part of the area this blister is in some of them are hard to tell.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. If you hover over the picture it will tell you if it is a genital or oral infection. More information can be added if you think it will be useful..
